New Refrigeration Plant for Smoked Salmon Facility

Due to growing demands, one of our customers had to increase their refrigeration capacity and install a new freezer tunnel.
The new fridge pack was sited on the other side of the factory and required a 200A supply, with potential for a further 2 more fridge plants in future.
This particular site was challenging as the main plant room was over 150m away through multiple different roof voids, with restricted access to some.
PDR Electrical had a team of 8 on-site for 2 days installing the cabling from the main plant room, utilising some containment and also installing new containment for the last half of the route.
We installed a 630A section board in the roof void closest to the new fridge plant with 200A supply from this feeding the new fridge pack outside, giving the customer flexibility to add a further 2 packs in the future if required.
